Working at NILG.AI
We do not always have open roles, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What we do have is a short list of people who wrote to us and who we called when the fit appeared — that is how much of the team joined.
How we work
Business problems, not tickets
You work with the client, not on a specification someone else wrote for you. Understanding the business is part of the technical work, not a phase before it.
We write down the why
Technical decisions live documented with the reasoning behind them. Whoever arrives next understands why things are the way they are, instead of guessing.
Learning is working hours
We publish research, teach courses and present at conferences. None of that happens at the weekend.
Profiles that tend to fit
More than technical profiles, we look for people who understand a business problem and propose the solution that fixes it. Reading a sales funnel, an operations process or a marketing campaign is worth as much to us as training a model.
- Reading a sales funnel and seeing where it loses money
- Looking at an operations process and seeing what comes out of it automated
- Marketing and content, with the numbers in front and not behind
- Machine learning engineering and applied data science
- Software engineering for product and integrations
- Project and client management with technical footing
What we value
The kind of people we work well with
This is not a list of nice qualities. It is what separates people who grow here from people who burn out in the third month.
Thinks at scale
Solving the case is the minimum. What matters is walking away with a process designed to hold the next thousand cases without anyone doing it by hand.
Delegates decisions
Anyone who wants to decide everything becomes their own team's bottleneck. Trusting judgment to people and to systems is what makes an operation grow without doubling headcount.
Automates their own job
People who do the same thing every day and settle for it do not fit here. We want people who look at their own routine and get it out of the way.
Lives digital
A new tool is not scary, it gets tried. Anyone who only uses what they already knew three years ago will always be trailing what the company does.
Measured by results
Work is judged by what changes in the business, not by the hours it took. Agility to move without waiting for permission, and accountability for what you promised.
Shares what they know
Knowledge locked in one head is a risk for the company and a ceiling for the person. We write, teach and explain — that is why the whole team moves at the same pace.
After you send it, we reply with the next step. The CV is optional: if you do not have one to hand, apply anyway and show us your LinkedIn, GitHub or portfolio on the call.
